4. Quote Requests and Booking

4.1 Quote Request Process

When you submit a quote request through our Website, you provide information about your transport needs. Our team will review your request and contact you within 15 minutes during business hours to provide a customized quote. Quote requests are non-binding estimates.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

A service is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from PAS Transport LLC. Verbal agreements or email confirmations must be followed by official booking documentation.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted amount. No-shows will be charged the full quoted amount.

5. Cargo Handling and Liability

5.1 Cargo Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your cargo, including weight, dimensions, contents, and any special handling requirements. Misrepresentation of cargo may result in service refusal or additional charges.

5.2 Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

  • Hazardous or dangerous materials
  • Illegal substances or items
  • Perishable goods without proper refrigeration
  • Items requiring special permits or licenses
  • Stolen or counterfeit goods

5.3 Liability Limitations

PAS Transport LLC's liability for cargo damage or loss is limited to the quoted transportation fee, unless you have purchased additional cargo insurance. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. We recommend obtaining cargo insurance for high-value shipments.

5.4 Damage Claims

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and cash on delivery. Invoices are due within the specified timeframe. Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PAS Transport LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
